packaged software within 30 days of purchase in an
unopened packaging only.
Software purchased on-line through our website is considered opened at the time of purchase.
Software that has been opened or purchased online is (1) provided with free customer support and (2) may only be replaced with identical software within 30 days of purchase.
For software returns (packaged versions only), simply indicate the reason for your return on a piece of paper and wrap it securely with the unopened packaging. Send the package to the address on our "Contacting Us" page.
